We have worked closely with the Lioce Group for a number of years. They have always taken care of us, assured our equipment is up to date and well maintained. Their tech support, especially Jay Poole, have been an incredible resource.

David Acevedo went above and beyond to help us resolve an IT issue that had been lingering for far too long. What our internal IT team couldn’t figure out in hours, David fixed in just a few minutes. He was knowledgeable, professional, and fully engaged the entire time. He understood the urgency of our situation, returned promptly, and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. Excellent service — efficient, courteous, and truly impressive. Highly recommend!
LIOCE GROUP was great throughout the entire process of researching and ordering our new Canon copier. Roxanne was a great representative to give us all the information we needed. The IT team was very helpful in getting our machine set up quickly to work correctly on our network. After sales support has been excellent with the few training issues we've had which all revolve around training. They have been very helpful and I feel like we have an excellent support team with LIOCE.

Cameron Hodges and Tyler Cravens went out of their way while helping us move our printer into our new office, they even took the time to help us move a set of steps as well! Highly recommend these guys! They are always very responsive and return calls promptly.
I have 2 production Canon presses in service by Lioce Group. These machines are solid (V700 and C810). We replaced Ricoh which was and is absolute junk. These Canons print clear and consistent, are reliable, and service is only seen during preventative maintenance. Damon and Daniel are the best!

TLG is hands down the best! The entire staff is amazing and great to work with. They are super friendly and respond quickly to all of our needs. Cameron’s customer service skills are excellent! He is very knowledgeable and always has a smile on his face and ready to help anytime he’s needed. It’s always a pleasure. I will not put my trust in any other company. Highly recommend this company.
