The experience we (CIE Wire & Cable, Inc.) have had with our Account Manager Tyler Corbin has been top notch 100%. When Tyler first came by our office we were not interested in upgrading our copier it was working great.However, Tyler never quit contacting me every couple of months with the same amazing joy every time he came by to check on us.On Tuesday this week our beloved copier quit working. Tyler placed a service call and the amazing technician met me at the office at 8am to try fix it. Unfortunately it had served its purpose over the last 15 years.Tyler was right there to get us up and running and brought in a loaner copier and got the new copier ordered. Amy is our account manager and she is so wonderful to work with. She always helps when I have a problem, responding to me after business hours, which she does not have to do at all.Derrick is the most helpful person when it comes to problems. We have really faced a lot of It challenges in our first year of business and he has went above and beyond to help me get those problems resolved.Thank you to The Lioce Group for all y’all do!!

12/10 recommend. I’m an office manager at a new medical practice and we quickly learned we needed an “old school” fax machine vs e-fax. Amy has been amazing to deal with. With problems, they show up very quick to fix. Very pleased with The Lioce Group!
