Nick Lioce


A native of Huntsville, AL with thirty years experience in the industry.  After taking over N&L Enterprises from his parents in 1996, Nick has successfully grown operations for over 20 years.  A graduate with honors in Economics and Marketing from the University of West Florida.  Nick believes in bringing the best in class products to Alabama and backing them with the best support and service.  Born in Huntsville where he has raised three children with his wife Lori.

Kelley Bayer

VP Operations

Kelley also has over thirty years’ experience in the industry and working with the Lioces.  Vice President of Operations, Kelley has proven her skills in taking care of the customers as well as our staff.  Kelley believes in Doing the Right Thing for the customer and our employees.  TLG’s operations and administration consistently rate in the top 1% for benchmarks in our industry.  Kelley and her husband Steven reside in Huntsville where they raised their 2 children.

Bill Berg

VP of Sales

Bill directs our great team of sales representatives and specialists.  Bill’s leadership has helped TLG grow over 200% while improving customer engagement.  Bill is a student of the game and strives to be the very best.  He knows this means Doing the Right Thing for the customer each and every time.  Bill understands the customer and listens to their needs.  Constantly learning, Bill stays on top of the industry trends bringing our customers the current best in class products.  He resides in Madison where he has three children with his wife Brooke.

Barry Maynard

Chief Technical Officer

Barry has been working with the Lioces for over 20 years. A veteran of the Army, Barry has lived in Huntsville for over 40 years.  As Chief Technical Officer, Barry is one of the most highly trained technicians in the country. Barry supports our customers with the highest quality of technical support. Barry makes sure our technicians are trained and have the tools necessary to support our customers. Ask our customers and they will tell you Barry is conscientious, detailed and determined to get the job done. He is married to Iris, his wife of 30 years and they have raised 4 children together.

Field Service Manager

Barry supports the technicians in the field with over thirty years of experience.  A native of Alabama, he has been in Huntsville for over thirty years.  Caring for the customer and getting the job done is accomplished through his incredible work ethic.  Barry is customer oriented and diligent in his pursuit of Doing the Right Thing.  Our customers rave about Barry’s service and support.  Barry is raising one child in Huntsville with his wife Angela.

Anthony Lioce

Operations Manager

A native of Huntsville, Alabama mentored by his father Nick Lioce. Anthony received his bachelors from UAH in Economics and Computational Analysis. He worked in sales for The Lioce Group for 4 years before deciding to get his M.B.A and Master of Finance from Auburn University. Anthony believes in the TLG method of “Doing the Right Thing” no matter what the cost. He strives to bring positivity, encouragement, and creativeness to every encounter.

Bill Bruner

Service Manager of Birmingham, AL

Bill has been working within the industry for over 30 years in the Birmingham area. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Bill has lived in Birmingham for over 50 years. He has always led service teams with the customer comes first motto and supporting his technical staff with the best training and work environment possible. Bill and his wife Susan have been married 29 years and live in Helena.

Vince Caltagirone

Birmingham President

A native of Birmingham, Vince has over 27 years of experience in this industry. Previously, Vince served as the President of The Stewart Organization which was renowned for their customer service. Vince received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution from The University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1992. He believes in the TLG method of “Doing the Right Thing” no matter what the cost, and he strives to bring positivity, encouragement, and creativeness to every encounter. Vince is very excited to bring back the customer service and Next Level Automation Birmingham deserves!
