The experience we (CIE Wire & Cable, Inc.) have had with our Account Manager Tyler Corbin has been top notch 100%. When Tyler first came by our office we were not interested in upgrading our copier it was working great.However, Tyler never quit contacting me every couple of months with the same amazing joy every time he came by to check on us.On Tuesday this week our beloved copier quit working. Tyler placed a service call and the amazing technician met me at the office at 8am to try fix it. Unfortunately it had served its purpose over the last 15 years.Tyler was right there to get us up and running and brought in a loaner copier and got the new copier ordered.
